Support Requests

Please follow these instructions to extract and attach computer specifications for your Freedom Fone server.

On the Freedom Fone server

1. Open the command terminal
2. At the command line type the following instruction followed by the ENTER key:
   

   sudo su

3. At the password prompt type the following instruction followed by the ENTER key:
    a) If using version 2.0 or 2.S:

   Manguensis
   

   If using 2.D:

   Suyo

4. At the command line type the following instruction followed by the ENTER key:
   a. If using version 2.0 or 2.S:

   lshw -html>/home/manguensis/Desktop/myhardware.html

   b. If using version 2.D
   

   lshw -html>/home/suyo/Desktop/myhardware.html

5. A new file (myhardware.html) should appear on your Freedom Fone desktop. Using the Browse button below, attach the file to this support request.
